Review edit (original below) Eurostar added 'add to calendar' back which makes the app useful again - thanks! -- Removing 'add to calendar' took away the only feature worth having on the app. Now it's easier to use mobile web and Google wallet

Wonderful staff. We are 2 people of a certain age, and we were royally looked after, both from Bruxelles to London and return. Help with our luggage and even upgrading our tickets and on quickly passing through customs and getting on the train. We especially want to thank Somer from London Eurostar. She did everything to help us. We are forever grateful and are planning our next Eurostar trip very soon.

App crashed twice when I tried to complete payment in my banking app. So I then moved to the website, and succeeded in booking, but they increased prices by £50/ticket. Contacted Customer Services, with clear evidence of the problem to ask for refund of overcharge. They ignored my emails. Not good.

Still abysmal with such poor design and lack of realtime relevant data. Fails to report known delays, what delays are detailed are displayed such that they relate to any train not the one you are travelling on. No seat maps or menus for your actual ticket and confused branding mixing different names for seats and loyalty tiers. No human could design this in a worse way. If a human was involved please replace with AI. Totally unfit for purpose.

Wi-Fi doesn't work. Can't contact anyone from within the app. Once you create a case you get an email with suggested help topics that don't match your query and unless you take action they close your ticket. Do better lol.

Don't force people to update your app to check train times. So annoying! Also, logged in, but it doesn't show my booking. "Failed to update, please try again" but there is no retry/refresh button. Also, it says you can enter a booking reference, but there isn't one to be found in my Eurostar Snap confirmation email. Also, it shows multiple entries for the same itinerary (same times and connections) with different prices. And finally, it crashes when I try to use current location. Terrible app.
