Have been using my Arbitron smartwatch for the last one year. Overall, it has been working pretty decently 👍. The fit and finish are good, and it feels comfortable to wear throughout the day. Performance has also been reliable for regular daily use. However, one thing that disappointed me is the limited number of watch faces available in the app ⌚. Even after a long time, no new watch faces have been added, which makes the customization options feel quite restricted.

I love my Arbitron. I gave it ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would've given it It's 5th 🌟 if it was capable to have full access to all of my contacts. Or when someone is calling their contact pic would appear. I'm not sure if I have this capability now, but to be able to change my band. Not too much to ask for. Other than that I love my Arbitron watch. My #1 MAJOR plus is there are NO ads when using the app. Actually I'm changing my rating to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for this reason.

Love that there are a lot of new watch faces, but they will NOT LOAD!!!! It says not connected to network even after trying both Wi-Fi & network data, making sure that watches Bluetooth was on and connected and app was current. Also, the step counter is NOT WORTH A DARN! 10 hours behind the wheel and very little walking, the step counter says that I had almost 40K steps. Four thousand steps maybe, but it is NO WHERE close to Fourth Thousand steps. Watch worked great until it didn't!!!

The watch connected to my phone the first time. It disconnected and won't connect since then. The watch face randomly changes. I'm just very disappointed. I haven't found any help for this issue and have wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out.

Recently gotten a new Arbitron quantum watch and for some reason the sleep counter keeps increasing a couple of hours or so despite being awake and sometimes doesn't stay connected or track steps
