Easy to use & fully functional app! Requires Bluetooth to connect functions with phone but app can run in background for find phone function. Some networks lag for accessing Watch Face Gallery. Would appreciate if I can remove preset watch faces in watch so have more selection of own choice Gallery & customized watch faces to select from. Overall good design & well functioning app.

Cannot a way to "stop the continuous" heart rate monitoring. It's surprising that there is no setting to turn off Health altogether to save battery drain.

The app is very confusing and illogical, with far too few features compared to what the watch itself is capable of. Honestly, I'm very disappointed, and I'll be returning the watch. Also, random alarms keep going off even though I never set them, and I have no way to turn them off. I don't understand how this was designed. There should be an option in the app to disable these random alarms. Everything could have been much more organized, intuitive, and easier to understand.

I really like the Black view x20 watch, but the app is not fit for purpose... I have to reset / reset the phone for functionality to work. Very glitchy settings etc...sorry to say, but I am going to return the watch and buy one that doesn't use this app

Please update the app. It keeps disconnecting my X20 Smartwatch
