I use this app every day with my watch and the only issue is the lag syncing the sleep info. I can't figure out what the Love tap is, but otherwise this app is great. I love that I can control music from my wrist and not have to constantly re-pair the watch.

The data from my itech watch stopped correctly syncing with my phone. I've tried restarting my phone, the watch, even disconnecting said watch! Update: I got my watch to sync after two reinstallation attempts. It might have been NordVPN. Yet it was working fine with that active yesterday, so I'm not sure what's going on. I like the value of the itech smartwatches as it's my first one. I'm hoping that it will last until I afford a Samsung watch later than support with other apps= extremely limited.

Absolutely garbage the app won't let me connect the watch at all I have no idea on how to do it it's terrible

The watch is great, I just switched from the v2 to the v3, which came with this new app. Unfortunately, the watch says connected, but steps etc. aren't showing on the app. I've set my goal to 10,000 steps a few times, but the goal on a separate area says 2,000 steps. I have an alarm for weekdays only, but it goes off every day instead. I liked the other app for v2 much, much better. This app is basically unusable right now, and I've tried to uninstall/reinstall, refresh, etc.

I received an itech smartwatch as a gift from a friend was so excited to find out how awesome it was (butt) only to find out itech wearables app is dysfunctional and will never work properly in the end I would never recommend the itech brand to anyone I know ! The apps just total Temu!!

The watch will not stay connected. When I attempt to reconnect, I can't. WACK APP!
