Recently replaced my watch with the series 40. Really like this one with all the features etc. Just initially experienced one issue with regards to the exercise program results shown on my mobile, which, after contact with App Support seems it has since been resolved 🤗.

It is not clearing the walking data from the watch. The Watch keeps reporting data space full. When reported more than a year ago, I was told it was being corrected on the next software update. It's still the same now. Also on the world map, it shows deviations from my UK walk, to extreme parts of the world. Like the Arctic, Antarctica, America, Pacific etc. As a Watch to tell the time it is good, but to track a GPS route for Exercise, it is not. Why.

Since the latest update my watch is never connected to the app. I've opened the app, and it says it is not connected. I've uninstalled and reinstalled app, and it still doesn't work, no data shown on app from watch, it just says not connected. Literally bought this watch a few months ago, series S52 what a waste of money.

Utterly Awful. Claims preloaded maps of UK & Ireland - complete lie. Countless functions, none of which work properly. Maps are VERY limited, as in 1 short bike route at a time before you're out of space. GPS is an absolute joke, barely functions and even if it did would be all but useless for anything other than a local dog walk given the limitation of offline map storage. Bizarre instructions that don't cover half of what you need to know. Yet another really dumb "smart" device :-(((

I'm not sure it's counting my steps correctly. My sister has the same tracker, and we've been on the same walk. She's got over 10,000 steps and mine says 3,222 which I know is wrong. 🤔 Update...tried again with this steps problem and its rubbish. Going back to fitbit and wish i hadn't bought this.
