I can't connect my Avon smartwatch anymore with this app I've seen all the complaints about the app, but you haven't come with a solution to our problems so how I going to purchase this product again if it doesn't work for most of us.

I lost my phone, got a new one but the Avon app I was using on my old phone is not the same as this one, and I can't get the same app, my watch can't connect to this app, now I have the watch that I can't use because It cannot connect or get the app to connect, what a waste of money.
