I lost my phone, got a new one but the Avon app I was using on my old phone is not the same as this one, and I can't get the same app, my watch can't connect to this app, now I have the watch that I can't use because It cannot connect or get the app to connect, what a waste of money.

I chose Soteria to connect to, it has paired with my TV, won't unpair, tells me to add permissions for my TV, ask to add a new device, and it reverts to the TV. You cannot unbind. App gives a list of modes it works with, watch won't give model except Soteria, but Soteria is not on the list
