Was working perfectly until I installed the firmware update. Since installing I can't connect via Bluetooth as the code on the app differs from the code on the watch. I will probably need to reset the watch which I don't want to do. Any help ???? Edit*** Have sinced resoved the issue. Turned off the watch. Turned off Bluetooth on the phone. Turned on the watch again and then Bluetooth. Accepted the notification on the watch, and not the phone.

I have had this watch for about 2 years, initially my wife used but gave up, so I started to play with. I really didn't like it because it never worked properly, but after reading the manual and searching online, I discovered my phone settings was the cause. I have used it successfully for 19 months and it is fantastic. I use the sleep pattern and the heart rate graphs, and discovered from the heart graph that I have Tachycardia and this is now being investigated. Fantastic value for money.

I've been using the SFW220 watch for nearly 6 weeks now, and I'm surprisingly impressed, the sleep monitoring seems to work well, the step count is quite accurate, once you get used to where everything is, and where to swipe to get to what you want, it's quite easy to use. Now the cons, whilst the step count appears accurate, it's conversion to actual km is off, presumably as it calculates distance from your step count, using a generic stride length, doesn't link well with Google Fit.

I love this, I'm not really sure how accurate the sleep tracker is, but I wear the smartwatch to count my steps, and I usey fone to, and the phone and watch always count about the se amount of steps, there never the same, but close enough to know it works ok.RESF work Devs, wish there was a screen that just showed the time, in big number, cuz my eyesight isn't great.amd also a way to change temperature from degrees to Celsius.ive never had ads appear on my fone, they are fake reviews.no ads anywhere

Works perfectly until I changed my phone and reinstalled the app, won't even connect to the watch, and now I can't use the watch even to see the time it's now just a piece of junk in my house. Can I have a refund since you've ruined it now silver crest?

SSG 500 - Just awful! It won't stay connected to the phone. The GPS feature is only on the box, you won't find it in the watch. It doesn't count the steps correctly. Because it doesn't stay connected to the phone it won't show you the weather or the notifications. Thank you Silver crest for this "fine" product, my confidence in your brand is so low right now, it could find oil.

I trying to connect the watch to the app. Ths FAQ says to make sure the Bluetooth of the watch is ON, but doesn't say how to do it. So my BT is OFF and that's it.

The calories will be correct but then the next day you'll see that the calories you burned the day before suddenly becomes smaller. For example one day I walked 19,000 steps and burned 700 calories. The next day I checked again, and it changed to 300 something calories which is definitely incorrect. Please fix this!
