it is so good, and a great app for any watch, I as a kid, love it, it can caculatey blood oxygen and heart rate, and show my sleep cycle, and for my wallpaper, thxs fit kid!, and it gives me notifications on my phone, but my main problem is about it disconnecting alot...

It was very easy to connect, and I'll show you how •first make an account for your KIDS smartwatch •then go to the settings icon then you'll see a connect thing (your phone must support android 8.0+/ iOS 12.0 and Bluetooth 5.4 or higher) then add your kids' smartwatch to your phone and that's it if there are any problems please comment below >:)

The in-app 'report a problem' does not connect to anything! It's a fake! The app used to connect to my son's watch, with difficulty. Now it does not connect to any smart device (and will not detect any smart device).

I can't download this app on my daughters' tablet, only to my phone which kinda defeats the whole purpose of my daughter tracking her activity. However, I can't even seem to pair the watch to the app on my phone anyway. Please change this to allow the app to be downloaded onto a tablet!!
