Always on time, buses are kept clean, particularly the new Breezers much more comfortable than the old one's. It is the only thing that I would complain about is the seats. If you had to travel from New Milton to Bournemouth Hospital as often as I do you would soon see what I mean. Kind regards Mike Smart.

Sorry to give a one star, but I want to get this point across strongly. The app has been marred by automatically flipping to the ticket purchase screens on its own when you check a bus stop. It obviously thinks this is a feature if you haven't already bought a pass, but it is very annoying when you don't want that & also when you are doing lots of things at once to hit a button, and then you've automatically bought a ticket (or worse multiple tickets) you didn't want. Please put it back to previous

Too many tickets are being wasted due to connectivity issues. When ticket is activated on bus arrival, the app keeps loading and fails to display the QR code, cant take the bus as result and when next bus arrives ticket is invalidated due to 15 minutes window. This keeps happening resulting in wasted fares.

Why put a bus that 'comes' at 8:06 AND THEN IT COMES AT 8:27?? And then you have to wait like 7 more minutes because it was late for a schedule it can't even follow the 8 is so bad at timing its best to come 45 minutes earlier
