Love! It shows me all the offers for fares like BCP bundle and after 7pm. Being able to see live bus times is also great as many stops are missing a screen with this information. The journey planner is very useful but sometimes not as reliable as City mapper for routes that involve walking I think. I'd also like an option to favorite some bus stops I regularly use to quickly get to live departures. I often know the route I need but still use Journey Planner to then get to live departures.

Always on time, buses are kept clean, particularly the new Breezers much more comfortable than the old one's. It is the only thing that I would complain about is the seats. If you had to travel from New Milton to Bournemouth Hospital as often as I do you would soon see what I mean. Kind regards Mike Smart.

Doesn't tell you that bus stops are closed. I've had this issue twice now and wasted time waiting for a bus it says will come but never does

Sorry to give a one star, but I want to get this point across strongly. The app has been marred by automatically flipping to the ticket purchase screens on its own when you check a bus stop. It obviously thinks this is a feature if you haven't already bought a pass, but it is very annoying when you don't want that & also when you are doing lots of things at once to hit a button, and then you've automatically bought a ticket (or worse multiple tickets) you didn't want. Please put it back to previous

Why put a bus that 'comes' at 8:06 AND THEN IT COMES AT 8:27?? And then you have to wait like 7 more minutes because it was late for a schedule it can't even follow the 8 is so bad at timing its best to come 45 minutes earlier
