Hidden charges q cut kiye....kehty tau ye ho k sab free hai aur transaction k bad paise bhi deduct hoty hai aur wapis 4 se 5 din k bad milty hai. Worst experience using Maghrib sada and layaway are much better.

I had a very poor experience with this Bank. Around 5 days ago, I made a transaction of PKR 2000 from an MCB BANK ATM, which unfortunately failed, but the amount was still deducted from my account. Since then, the amount has not been refunded. Normally, other banks reverse such failed ATM transactions immediately, but in my case, there has been an unnecessary delay. I have contacted customer support multiple times through calls and emails, but I have not received any proper response.
