Using Mashreq since the beginning. Best digital bank in Pakistan. App is superfast & smooth. ATM withdrawal is totally FREE - the Rs. 35 fee is reversed within 3 days. Recently increased my transaction limit easily from the app. Only 1 bad experience: When an ATM transaction was reversed, other banks take 3–5 days but Mashreq took 42 days to reverse. That's the only area they need to improve. Overall, still the best compared to others. Suggestion: Please launch a 24/7 helpline to help cstmrs

Overall app is good, just one complaint. Last month I paid with my card on CSD shop and got 10% back within week as promised by this bank but this month it's been around 2 weeks still got nothing after paying through card in CSD where is my payback

Mashreq Bank’s service in the UAE is already disappointing, but the service in Pakistan is even worse. I opened my account more than 6 months ago and still haven’t received my debit card. After waiting for over six months, customer support finally called and told me I now have to pay PKR 2,500 just to get the card delivered. This is an unacceptable level of service. If customers have to wait this long and then pay extra for basic banking services, what exactly are we paying for?
