The DIB Pakistan app is generally excellent and easy to navigate. However, waiting for an SMS OTP for every single fund transfer is frustrating, especially when cellular network delays occur. I highly suggest introducing an in-app TPIN (Transaction PIN) feature. This would allow users to authorize transactions instantly, making money transfers much smoother and faster without relying on SMS delivery. Implementing this would easily make it a 5-star experience.

What a Stupid app! When making a Non-Beneficiary transaction while waiting for OTP, it detects the OTP and Confirms the payment itself. Catching the OTP is OK but submitting the OTP itself is utterly stupid. Please fix it.

Old app was better for my Galaxy C8 mobile and use but now new app is not compatible with my mobile Samsung model SM-C7100 and how to install for use this new version of DIB app in my current mobile Galaxy C8, model SM-C7100. DIB app updated version have clearly what the issue in my mobile or which android version have been required.

I have been unable to perform any type of transaction through the Dubai Islamic Bank mobile app since yesterday morning. Every time I try to make a transaction, it does not go through. Please check the issue and resolve it as soon as possible, as I am unable to use the transaction services through the app.
