The new layout is not appealing. The previous one had much more serious tone, and it was very straightforward and easy to use. I really dislike the new design and would appreciate if this app let the user use his preferred layout/design. Moreover the update made the app suffer from many errors and glitches that need to be fixed. I've always recommended this bank to anyone due it'amazing application. Please update it with the suggestions listed and don't ruin it. Thank u.

The recent update appears to have introduced significant problems, and my overall experience has become much worse than before. I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this issue and restoring access to my account as soon as possible.

My experience with this bank has been very disappointing. CliQ transfers do not always arrive, which has caused me many problems, financial losses, and embarrassing situations with other people due to delayed or missing transfers. Unfortunately, I no longer trust the service, so I withdrew all my money from the bank.
