This app is the most useless mobile banking app I have ever seen. They steal money from customers through this app. Once they try to send money somewhere, they block it and in the name of solving the problem, they block the money and kill it.

Disappointed with the mCash app by IBBPLC. After login, the welcome screen ridiculously shows "Welcome: Name Mehdi Hasan". The word 'Name' shouldn't be here! Such an amateur bug. To make it worse, there is no option to edit your name from the app. You must physically visit a bank branch and submit a written application for a simple name change! In this digital era, this is a massive hassle and a total joke. Please fix this bug and allow in-app profile name editing immediately! 🛑
