Even after using the correct PIN, it keeps showing incorrect. I don't understand where the problem is and whether it's developer mode!

Disappointed with the mCash app by IBBPLC. After login, the welcome screen ridiculously shows "Welcome: Name Mehdi Hasan". The word 'Name' shouldn't be here! Such an amateur bug. To make it worse, there is no option to edit your name from the app. You must physically visit a bank branch and submit a written application for a simple name change! In this digital era, this is a massive hassle and a total joke. Please fix this bug and allow in-app profile name editing immediately! 🛑
