Sign Up sucks. Its 2026, The setting password option was not working with everything I had tried to set. Then The customer care says after clicking the verification mail print out the page and submit manually in your branch, Then you will get approval for setting password... Man, then why is this online signup process exist at the first place.

According to IBBPLC Circular Annexed (Ref: BCD/PRCD/30518 dated 30 Dec 2025), all linked accounts, cards, same branch/agent transfers, and related digital banking services should be charge-free. However, transaction fees are still being deducted in the banking app, which does not align with the circular. This is a key compliance and user-trust issue. The app is well-built, and we hope the development team will soon update the Schedule of Charges and limits accordingly.

Assalamu Alaikum. I use this app from Saudi Arabia. I transfer funds to my Islami Bank account every month, and I used to be able to send money from this 'iSmart' app to various Nagad accounts; it was very convenient. However, currently, I am unable to transfer money from this app to Nagad or bKash accounts! I am quite worried about this. I hope Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited will soon restore the facility to transfer funds to Nagad or bKash accounts. Allah Hafiz.
