The last update of BBK Mobile is making strange behavior. I open the App, and it will cloae immediately complaining with the following message. Security protection has stopped the application. Reason Code: 4+Untrusted keyboard detected

I visited BBK Bank, Seef Branch, Bahrain, to open a new account for my wife. I brought all the required documents, but the branch staff refused to process the account and advised me to open it through the BBK mobile app. I tried several times to complete the application through the app and spent a considerable amount of time trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the KYC document upload section was not working properly, making it impossible to complete the application.
