A terrible bank. I took out a personal loan of ₹8 lakh and paid ₹2.80 lakh across 14 installments of ₹20,000 each; however, when I went to close the loan, I was told that ₹7.75 lakh was still outstanding. So, where did the ₹3 lakh I paid over those 14 months go?

Very poor. Not connecting for the last 3 weeks. Registration not accepting. Got the connection with mobile banking after a month. Even after 1 month, your App mbandhan2. 0 is not opening. Always msg indicates "we are unable to process". I don't have debit card credit card. Trying to register through Aadhaar card without success. Your dombivli east branch is helpless. What should I do?

The behavior of the manager and staff at the Jaluidanga branch of Bandhan Bank is worse than third-rate. They have kept my wife's account under a debit freeze for a long time and are not allowing us to withdraw the funds currently in the account. I have never seen a bank as terrible as Bandhan Bank in my life. The branch manager, Amaresh Biswas, is even worse; he offers absolutely no cooperation. I have repeatedly asked what can be done to resolve this issue, but I have received no answer.
