1)mBandhan 2.0 please rename it as mBandhan now it's version 6 of the new UI launched 2) by default it shud show last 10 transactions instead of asking to filter by dates, credit/debit/all. 3) dashboard shud show more options to make favorite or a ❤️ sign section to go to our favorites. 4) why always a debit card maintenance at night at least 5 times in a week? At night, we have to use other bank debit cards for transactions due to it. Plz reduce the maintenance frequency

Definitely a new look. But yes your unethical Practices still continue, When I opened digi saving account though Adhara, how it is possible that no Adhara in my account. Why Adhara seeding Option still not working. Other things improved like proper fd receipts Option, in WhatsApp Banking Option for statement on mail.

If Negative possible then Bank's manager and Staff have no importance of customer time. BANK STATEMENT not provided by Bank From Two days. All watching Reel at the time of working. No educated and Discipline staff available in Bank.

I changed my device. Could not install mobile banking not even internet banking without ATM card. I went to nearby bandhan bank. Even they could not do it. This policy is not acceptable to me. It is my choice whether I shall use ATM card or not. Bank cannot force me to use it, moreover when they are charging for ATM card use.l
