While the UI is generally well-designed, I would like to offer some feedback regarding the bank statement feature. In the previous mBandhan app, viewing statements was more convenient, whereas in mBandhan 2.0, users are required to download them to see essential details such as dates and post-transaction balances; I would appreciate it if the development team could look into improving this process.

Stuck on a loading screen after entering the MPIN. Browser version is working but the mbandhan 2.0 app isn't even working. Resolve this issue

Pathetic app. It's require same mobile number access to internet without same sim internet it won't work. I mean I have dual sim and using internet with the number which is not registered in bandhan bank but while sending message for login it requires to be registered number internet and when my message comes the internet goes away and app tells to restart as no connectivity it's there. It's pathetic I have been using yono, hdfc, pnb, airtel payment bank . None of its make this use.
