Bank services and what they offer is 5 stars, bank tellers are very nice. Front desk customer service needs help. Maybe they're over tasking the individual, maybe they need to stick the individual down in safety deposits boxes section, but pleasant interactions on the phone or in person doesn't seam to be this individuals' thing. 2/5

App barely works more than half the time. It used to be a good app, and then they changed something, and now it's lousy.

Update to my previous review.they changed the bill pay feature, and it is completely not user-friendly. Layout is awful and confusing. I cannot find a way to pay bill via mobile device. Will be deleting

App sucks so much. Constantly telling me invalid password, invalid answers for personal questions every single time I go to log in even though they are correct

This thing is slow it's super limited it crashes it doesn't do what it's supposed to do it's absolutely trashed the bank isn't bad but this app is bad for something that is 15 years old.
