The online International Funds Transfer using this app is sometimes a mess, delayed, delayed, delayed without any sensible reason. When you'll ask, Bank will tell you ok we're now releasing but don't think it'll work. The app will still show you status as "pending with bank" on the day when you was informed by bank that they've now released then the next day and even on third day still no support except oral commitment of registering the complaint.

I am not able to log in dohabank online account from desktop/laptop computer since last six months. From Mobile app I can log in but I can't able to add beneficiary account. I already added two Doha bank account as banefifiary. But banefifiary account not showing . Last 6 months I called several times to coustomer care ,sent mail. But nobody solve my problems.
