I have been with city bank since 2015 and my overall experience with them and city touch is really great. The recent update and overall exp is good, but it stopped giving otp for the saved/favorite beneficiaries which is not good. At least there should be an option to toggle the otp feature. Also while using from a desktop PC my credit card payment was processed even without asking me to input the transaction pin!

Everything is nice & user-friendly now, but I tried a lot to turn off auto-renew while creating 'term deposit', but I didn't find a way to toggle auto-renew. Please fix this ASAP 🙏 and please add a toggle to turn on off auto-renew anytime 🙏

I have identified an issue with branch selection during the process of adding a favorite in the "other bank transfer" menu. Specifically, when selecting the BARDA Branch under Dhaka District, the system incorrectly displays "Ati Bazaar." A similar discrepancy has been observed with the Banana Branch selection. I request that this issue be rectified and an updated application be deployed.

The app was very easy as well as secured to use. In newer version, My credit card details were gone. Neither I can do any transactions via account through this app as OTP never comes. Extremely bad experience.
