Everything is nice & user-friendly now, but I tried a lot to turn off auto-renew while creating 'term deposit', but I didn't find a way to toggle auto-renew. Please fix this ASAP 🙏 and please add a toggle to turn on off auto-renew anytime 🙏

I have been with city bank since 2015 and my overall experience with them and city touch is really great. The recent update and overall exp is good, but it stopped giving otp for the saved/favorite beneficiaries which is not good. At least there should be an option to toggle the otp feature. Also while using from a desktop PC my credit card payment was processed even without asking me to input the transaction pin!

Fix an issue in the Islamic Center for Islamic account holders. When a district is selected for viewing the timetable then close the app/move to another option and again back to the Islamic center was showing always Dhaka as a default. It should be the user's last selected district so that it's worth it.

After the update bank transfer isn’t working for beneficiaries added with card information. They released a major update without testing.

My satisfaction level with the City touch app is 0/10. The app is not user-friendly, and the removal of OTP verification for transactions is a major security concern. Previous versions required OTP authentication, which provided an important layer of protection. I strongly recommend reinstating OTP verification and improving the overall user experience and security of the app.

Previous version was more stable. This one has some bug. I made a NPSB transaction to a card (DBBL VISA)and added it to favorite. But when tried fund transfer to the card from the favorite management, it says invalid card number.! Also, I am unable to add debit card of any bank including City bank in the favorite management.
