Everything is nice & user-friendly now, but I tried a lot to turn off auto-renew while creating 'term deposit', but I didn't find a way to toggle auto-renew. Please fix this ASAP 🙏 and please add a toggle to turn on off auto-renew anytime 🙏

I have been with city bank since 2015 and my overall experience with them and city touch is really great. The recent update and overall exp is good, but it stopped giving otp for the saved/favorite beneficiaries which is not good. At least there should be an option to toggle the otp feature. Also while using from a desktop PC my credit card payment was processed even without asking me to input the transaction pin!

QR Payment Failing After Update! Very Unreliable. After the recent major update, QR payment is completely broken. When scanning, the app asks to "choose a card from settings." However, my default card is already selected and enabled in the settings. Despite this, it fails repeatedly. City touch has become highly unreliable during emergencies and critical moments when needed most. Please fix this bug immediately!

Very disappointed with the app. The NPSB transaction feature is highly unstable and fails almost every time. Dealing with constant NPSB transaction issues makes for a terrible user experience.

The app was very easy as well as secured to use. In newer version, My credit card details were gone. Neither I can do any transactions via account through this app as OTP never comes. Extremely bad experience.
