Apps is superv🔥The City touch electricity bill payment feature should also support postpaid electricity bills. This would allow people living in rural and suburban areas to pay their postpaid electricity bills through the app. Besides, NESCO and DESCO, the app should also include the other major postpaid electricity providers that are widely used across Bangladesh, especially in rural and semi-urban areas.

In a future update, it would be great to see an MNP (Mobile Number Portability) status feature that allows customers to check which mobile operator their number is currently registered with. This would be a useful addition and further improve the overall user experience.

That's so bad. Recently I have faced some issues. That's the app are not perform properly. My city touch I'd lock 1-2 or more than in per week without any simple issues. But they showed me "your City touch I'd has been locked due to multiple incorrect attempts.". But why? Please kindly solve it.

After the newest update, the app isn't working at all. For the last 40 minutes I have been trying to transfer money to another bank account via NPSB. But even after several attempts I didn't get any confirmation code yet. This is very annoying at this crucial point because, another person is eagerly waiting for the payment. The overall experience of the new app is totally disappointing.

I personally liked it but after the update of the app, it becomes as worst. I can not see my minimum balance, last date of deposit etc.! Because without an account! Previously, I can see with only a credit card. How can I give a good rating!
