Apps is superv🔥The City touch electricity bill payment feature should also support postpaid electricity bills. This would allow people living in rural and suburban areas to pay their postpaid electricity bills through the app. Besides, NESCO and DESCO, the app should also include the other major postpaid electricity providers that are widely used across Bangladesh, especially in rural and semi-urban areas.

I’m a new City Bank American Express card user. I heard the card is great for international and e-commerce transactions, but I’m facing issues. Basic transactions through the City touch app are being declined, and my card is also being declined on Meta Ads. I contacted the branch and City touch support, and they confirmed everything is fine with my account. However, the issues continue. Please investigate and provide the exact reason and a proper solution.

It becomes the worst app after the update...it doesn't show the balance even after tapping on eye sign. And if I try to click on account to see transaction, it is showing failure... it was one of the best app earlier now, it becomes the worst, worst & worst. Anaother issue couldn't select my desired branch of Islami Bank PLC to transfer money. Already mailed a complaint, but no response at all!!!

After it became one of the worst banking of app currently in existence. Every time I try to use the app it loads a high quality video and if the internet connection isn't high speed enough it takes several minutes just login. Then comes the slow loading heavily crowded features, it might as well tell the user "You've made a mistake using City Bank"

Terrible UI change. Bring back the old Beneficiary system! The previous version was much better. You have completely removed the option to manually add a beneficiary. Now there is no way to save an account or bKash number ahead of time without making a rushed transaction first. This is highly inconvenient and feels unsafe. Please fix this and bring back manual beneficiary management.
