I can't receive my email register to MCash app.I cannot log in

I'm so disappointed with this app poor performance. Im about to make a cash-out transaction in one branch here in our province an employee advise me to transfer my money from gcash to this mcash wallet because according to her the transaction fee in this app is much cheaper than gcash, after she created my account and made the transfer, suddenly this app is hard to open my account to make a cash-out transaction, the problem was even raised to the support team at the head office.
