Very disappointing experience. I opened my account for the first time because the app advertised a free debit card for new customers. After completing the account opening process, I found that there is no free debit card option available and the card is showing a charge of around PKR 2,500. If the free debit card offer is no longer available, the advertisement should be removed or clearly updated. Customers should not be encouraged to open an account based on an offer that is not actually availa
