Bad experience 😔 always service issues. First these issues were only for Transaction through the app but now the ATM card also doesn't work. Going to close my account. Cannot download statements Always showing messages of duplicate transactions when pay through thumbs from phone very irresponsible customer experience team

Aik BankIslami sent an email saying my account was active, but it's been 15 days, and I still can't log in — I keep getting a "No customer found" error. Support just gives false assurances like "it'll be fixed soon" with no real resolution. They've already taken all my personal verification details, yet the account still doesn't work. Concerning that they collect full verification data upfront but can't deliver a working account. Think twice before trusting this app.
