I am trying to sign up for the app, but the verification process is extremely frustrating. I uploaded my selfie 3–4 times exactly as instructed, yet I keep receiving an error saying that my selfie does not match my ID card. The issue is that my ID card was issued in 2017, and it is now 2026. Naturally, a person's appearance can change over such a long period. I am uploading my own genuine selfie, but the system keeps rejecting it. The authentication process needs significant improvement.

In last step when to open app this does not run with pin code entered. Always says wrong pin code even reset with forget try reset it and again its error was same wrong pin.
