Terrible experience, I mistakenly entered wrong password for one time, and they blocked my account. I tried several times to login but account is blocked. No solution, like OTP, pin or email or SMS. Whenever tried to log in get pop-up your account is blocked. I tried to get help by their helpline, after long wait, call ended without connecting agent saying" we have some technical problems" such a pathetic bank service, will not recommend anyone

Pathetic app, needs device registration after update. It fails NADRA biometric verification and gets stuck in the loop of document verification once you use alternate method, i.e. upload your cnic.

Very poor customer service. My BankIslami account was blocked on 5 August 2026 after I transferred money to my brother. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved. The team requested details, which I provided, but there has been no proper response or resolution. Collecting information without resolving the issue feels like a formality and wastes customers’ valuable time. Very disappointing experience. I expect BankIslami to resolve customer issues promptly.
