I would suggest redesigning and improving the BankIslami app’s Dashboard to make it more modern, simple, and user-friendly. The Mobile Packages option should also be placed prominently on the front/dashboard screen for easier and quicker access. Additionally, the transaction receipt is already clear and well-designed. However, under the “To” section, the Receiver Bank Name should also be displayed. This would make the receipt more complete and provide clearer transaction details to the user.

A serious compatibility issue has been identified between the NADRA KYC biometric module n the Samsung Galaxy A57 5G (SM-A576B/DS). During biometric verification, the camera opens normally, but the fingerprint image is never captured, causing the process to freeze. The device is fully updated, all necessary permissions are enabled, n the issue consistently occurs across multiple banking apps, including BankIslami and ABL. A prompt fix is required, as users are currently unable to complete mand

Worst experience. I am unable to login since last 3 days. It keeps on showing error can't register more than 4 devices. I have only one device with me and after multiple asking customer care problem still exist, they said 10 15 mins and not even after 3 days this issue resolved. Also, their card is not working on any POS for 4 days. Most pathetic services award goes to bank islami.
