I would suggest redesigning and improving the BankIslami app’s Dashboard to make it more modern, simple, and user-friendly. The Mobile Packages option should also be placed prominently on the front/dashboard screen for easier and quicker access. Additionally, the transaction receipt is already clear and well-designed. However, under the “To” section, the Receiver Bank Name should also be displayed. This would make the receipt more complete and provide clearer transaction details to the user.

I use bank islami App. This App is good to use. But one thing is bad this App. For Mobile Package and Easy Load option very complicated and hard to use.

Worst app. My bank islami banking app is asking to register my device again. I'm unable to register it again. Neither the fingerprintd are being verified nor the card scan works. When I scan the card it says "blurry image". I tried several times, indoor and outdoor, but failed. After scanning the image automatically turns blurry. I had successfully registered my device previously, but this time it fails again and again. The bank islami app is the worst.

Worst experience. I am unable to login since last 3 days. It keeps on showing error can't register more than 4 devices. I have only one device with me and after multiple asking customer care problem still exist, they said 10 15 mins and not even after 3 days this issue resolved. Also, their card is not working on any POS for 4 days. Most pathetic services award goes to bank islami.

The latest update is pathetic, most of the time couldn't reach the login page, held at bank Islami blue screen, else take a very long time to reach to login page after multiple attempts. App logout right after sending any amount and sharing receipt, rather it should be back on main page. And once we reopen the payment transaction details we cannot save or share it. Overall below average experience.
