I really liked the update, but I hope HSBC will consider to add a temporary lock on the app for credit card purchases. It will give peace on our minds since we don't always go to the app to check our purchases. We could easily lock (if not in use) and unlock (if we need to use the card again) through the mobile app. Please 🙏 my other credit card bank issuer already has the lock/unlock feature. For sure, you can do it too HSBC! More power!

Hi HSBC Team, Can you upgrade the app, adding a temporary block. This will give us at peace that our account is safe when not in use and so that we don't have to undergo long period of waiting to/on process of retrieving our accounts limits or disputes. Thank you po!

The app doesn't work anymore. Lt says it has to be updated. When l try to update it, it says, the app is no longer compatible with my device. Such a bad experience.

The HSBC credit card itself is wonderful. However, the app is trash to be honest. Pending transactions are not showing, billers are VERY limited, and it is showing your current statement instead of your remaining balance, and NO WAY TO LOCK YOUR CARD! I'm not even sure if they exerted an effort to design this app. Imagine losing your card and waiting for someone to max out your credit limit. C'mon HSBC, you can do better than this!
