I really liked the update, but I hope HSBC will consider to add a temporary lock on the app for credit card purchases. It will give peace on our minds since we don't always go to the app to check our purchases. We could easily lock (if not in use) and unlock (if we need to use the card again) through the mobile app. Please 🙏 my other credit card bank issuer already has the lock/unlock feature. For sure, you can do it too HSBC! More power!

I can't access the app in my old phone, it says the app is not compatible with the phone anymore. I bought a new phone which is capable to the app new upgrade. But still can't access my account, it's says I am in full capacity and need to remove my old phone in the app. How should I do that if I can't access the app in my old phone and new phone. 8/24/26 Thank you for your immediate action and fix the issue.

The HSBC credit card itself is wonderful. However, the app is trash to be honest. Pending transactions are not showing, billers are VERY limited, and it is showing your current statement instead of your remaining balance, and NO WAY TO LOCK YOUR CARD! I'm not even sure if they exerted an effort to design this app. Imagine losing your card and waiting for someone to max out your credit limit. C'mon HSBC, you can do better than this!

I cannot register on mobile app. It always says 'service unavailable' Tried uninstalling, re-installing, clearing cache, restarting phone, etc. but still the same 😕
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
