Credit Card control is very limited...need more function to control the function of credit card effectively from system by our own such as enabled / disabled card in our hand from system

I can not access the updated latest version, It said due to potential security risk on my device and need disable 3 functions; developer mode, USB debugging and wireless debugging function. what's on earth are those 3 functions in my Android phone? And how to find them?

This app is far behind other local banking apps. The interface is outdated and the data provided is misleading. I can’t see my combined credit limit or even my payment history properly. It’s frustrating that I still have to contact Customer Service for things that should be visible at a glance. Highly disappointing for a global brand.

Please DO NOT discontinue your Internet Banking service!!! This app severally lacks of useful features, especially for checking your portfolio. Some inconvenience that I've encountered: (1) you can't retrieve list of transactions of your portfolio; (2) you can't create a new payee without committing a transfer.

The app has insufficient menus/settings. Its like this is a basic version only used to transfer and check balance. And there is no internet banking using a computer, hsbc only has this app to access my bank account.

How google authenticator and microsoft authenticator define as malware, and I have to uninstall it to use the hsbc app ??????

It's been over a year. Why isn't there a fix for using a keyboard other than the stock one? This is very annoying, every time I use the HSBC app I have to change the keyboard If you don't switch to stock keyboard, you won't be able to log in to HSBC. Please fix that from your programming staff it cant fix with your customer support

So many bugs. While opening mutual fund always hang and back to home. The amount of deposit is not equal with drawdown value (wrong number) no any effort to maintenance the apps. While opening some item always show "something went wrong". Sorry we couldn't load the information.... in mutual fund, can't differentiate which is top up and which is new subscription. Always treat as new subscription and the s already happening since long time ago without any effort to repair the bugs
