App works fine but will not let me send in a check it stops at the taking photo, seems to move sideways fast then back just sits there looking pretty that is pretty annoying. Yes it has access to cam checked it, while using app. It would have got 5* if this had worked.

Generally, a good app ....and I find the balance forecast now seems to include income as well as expenditure- which is a definite improvement. But it works erratically. Some of my income arrives in regular, monthly amounts. Oddly, the forecast predicts some of these accurately, some on the wrong day of the month, some in the wrong amount and some sources are missing altogether. So needs a bit of work I think! .

Can't link hsbc to chip now. This app wants me to scan a qr code on the screen with the phone I'm using which is obviously impossible

BUG REPORT: Check Deposit "License Expired" Error Device: Samsung Galaxy S25+OS: Latest Android version App Version: Latest HSBC UK build Issue: When trying to use the mobile check deposit feature, the camera fails immediately and throws a "license has expired" error. Clearing app cache/data and reinstalling does not resolve the issue. This appears to be a root-level vendor SDK license expiry for this specific device profile. Please escalate to the digital development team for a hotfix.
