Great app but it consumes too much memory space. The latest version is taking up over 1.1 GB of storage, and I cannot understand why it's so large.

You can view future payments, but it doesn't update properly e.g. I pay my phone bill by direct debit, a regular amount in the double digits. I got a new phone recently and in July they took my scheduled payment for the one-off upfront cost of a few hundred. The HSBC app showed my direct debit future payment due in August as that same amount of money, rather than the double-digit one it should obviously be.

Cant save PDF of bank statements anymore. This used to save to device, but it doesn't anymore and just opens an in-app viewer. Give me the download back.

Unable to load app spoke to someone who says it must be my phone no problem with any other banking app. What is the point of an HSBC account if I can not use internet banking
