Update: most of these are fixed including keyboard, thanks! App stopped working recently because I'm using FUTO keyboard rather than the default. Absolutely ridiculous over protectionism considering it's privacy focused and doesn't connect to the internet anyway. At least give the option to proceed at one's own risk and actually release useful features to prevent fraud (like freezing a card maybe)?

Having used the app for years, the new update is not compatible with my phone... Sadly that means I am no longer using my M&S card...

I was unable to download the new app as it is not compatible with my phone. I phoned the helpline to pay the balance and close my account with M&S. Sorry to have to do that as I have used the banking app for years
