Pay by bank is good and is useful. However, the instructions for setting up a direct debit are wrong - no option I can see under 'more' as it suggests in the guidance. Would like to see real time txns/balance also.

I have always used the M&S app to pay my credit card, but now it says it's no longer compatible with my phone 🤬 I will be cancelling my card & account with M&S & going with another provider, they have just lost a 20yr loyal customer.
