After last update, the app freezes at the login screen. Not able to enter my username or password as the keyboard never show up. Samsung Z Fold 6. I deleted the app, cleared storage data, cleared cache, reinstall with no success. Please help shared my message with support team as adviced. Never receive feedback from their end!! I have contacted support via email and no feedback Email sent 7th Mar 2026 followed by another email on the 23rd Jun 2026 with no feedback. #3652434

The app wouldn't let me log in. Every time I try to log in using my credentials I get a popup telling me the version of the app is no longer supported and that I must head to the app store to get the latest version. PROBLEM IS I am in fact running the latest version! The app store only shows two options: Uninstall & Open. And the latest version number listed is 2.4.11.0 the same as the one I've currently installed. Please fix this I'm essentially LOCKED OUT of my BANK ACCOUNT
