OTP always gives incorrect code. Tried to contact support via email, but no care found. They just ignore my message. Even they told me to change time zone to Egypt which means they don't have any knowledge how the token works. Even I put the central bank as cc in the email. They even not respond to me. By the way I'm VIP client, which will give you nothing extra than this title. I don't need anything but respect. I will close my account at this bank.

This application is useless, and the customer service agents are clueless all they were taught to tell us the clients is to delete the app and reinstall it and every time you have to call them to disconnect the service in order to be able to register again which is something unheard of as in my other bank the whole process from deleting the app to registering again is done by the client and online! Bm soft token always gives an error even if you succeeded to register, bm online refuses the OTP!
