Not user-friendly, also activation code I copy and paste then proceed icon is not activated. I reinstalled more than 10 times. Stupid App.

After update of BM online activate soft token fail. Calling 19888 useless each agent say different story and finally filed complain and no action. Email also replied with steps of activation however I shared clear screenshot that once I press activate from BM online and download soft token it gives message" sorry something went wrong try again later" almost 7 days I can't use app and no clue . Moreover it will be the main reason to close my account and go another bank based on this experience

Worst experience ever. Some smart person decided that in order to activate the token you need to call the bank from registered phone. Not considering people outside Egypt that may not have enough credit or not enabling their roaming. Not sure how this is more secure than sending SMS to mobile number !!! This is really annoying and not professional in the era of digital world. If you are afraid of technology don't use it until you are mature enough.
