The error for "accessibility service enabled" can be solved just by turning off any installed external keyboard app and then the BM soft token app will work without any issue. While asking the customer care, call center was unaware of the error message.

To activate the Soft Token, you need to receive the otp on the same phone registered. Thanks to Ahmed Ambusaidi for his quick response.

I am writing to report an error with your app, BM Soft Token. I am trying to register for the app, but I am getting the error message "Accessibility Services in the device are enabled. Please disable in the device settings to continue with the application." I have already disabled all accessibility settings on my device, but the error message is still coming up. I have tried restarting my device, but that did not fix the problem either. I am using a OnePlus 10 pro with Android 13.

I have tried installing this on my Samsung s25 ultra and even 2 other Samsung phones. The keyboard for entering OTP does not show up. Tried various options as advised by bank teleport, direct bank employees. All failed. They don't know what to do. Surprisingly, we don't get hard tokens now. We are stuck. BM should ensure soft token are launched only after proper testing.
