The issue with inaccurate transactions is finnaly fixed. Kudos to the team! The app now definitely deserves 5 stars. It would be great if we could pay with android smartwatches the same as the IOS users can with apple watches. But I am sure we will get this feature at some point.

It's baffling that transactions don't appear immediately in logs. Real-time transaction updates are standard in other BiH banks and even UniCredit branches outside BiH. This delay makes accurate spending tracking impossible. Additionally, needing manual approval for transactions in the 21st century is unacceptable. Users should be able to make payments anytime, including weekends. The lack of this basic and crucial functionality is frustrating and needs urgent attention.

Inaccurate transaction logging makes spending tracking impossible. Transactions appear 2+ days late and are dated incorrectly even once they appear. This causes constant confusion with the balance. Payments should be logged as soon as they're created, not only once they're settled a few days later. Will update to 5 stars when this is fixed. Also, consider adding push notifications for all transactions as this is basic security. Everything else is fine, but this makes the app frustrating to use.

The app is great, but I have one sma issue with e-bills, so I'm leaving a negative review to draw attention from the development team. Namely, the issue I have is that once there is a new bill to be paid, the app doesn't offer me one for it even waiting for longer periods. Last month I never got one for water supply, and this month my electricity bill is not coming, and it's been 10 days since I received the bill in the email. Two other bills came ok, but it's always one causing an issue.
