The User Experience used to be great but now it's like the app is gone and this feels and acts like something someone made in 5 minutes to open a browser and take you to the website. Might as well just log into the website. Never remembers my Username. thumbprint never gets working. Have to enter password every time. Buggy. Seems like they just passed off all the security to your web browser to handle, so they don't have to deal with any technical things.

When I open the app it constantly tells me I'm using an unsupported browser and to use chrome. The app itself also has very limited user self-serve functionality compared to other banking apps.

I don't normally leave reviews, and I have no issues with ATB the bank but their banking app is basically unusable. I was hoping the latest update would solve the login issues but appears to have made it even worse somehow.

Why do you need 2 screens to sign in ? It doesn't run like an app, it runs like a website. But I love you as a bank :)
