wow I sure love it when u put to many incorrect pins and then u get locked out for 4 months bc of transport issues, then once u go to a banking office for atb, they fix it. Then when u reset the password to ur needs. It will just lock me out again of my account then I won't access my funds or anything else, w company ig. I even called them 3 or more times during the few months, and each time I got was "go to the nearest atb branch and fix ur account etc." like as if I can walk almost 15 km or less

Simple but feels behind the times. Very nice people. Good customer service. Needs to get with the advancements of at least the other Canadian banks. But they have low fees so that's good. Take the wins with the losses. I wanted low fees and good people. I got what I wanted but was disappointed with the lack of usability of the tech.

I don't normally leave reviews, and I have no issues with ATB the bank but their banking app is basically unusable. I was hoping the latest update would solve the login issues but appears to have made it even worse somehow.

The app will not let me log in. I think they want me to change my default browser, what a ridiculous requirement for an app.

After many times of this useless app, it updates automatically and now I can't even use the app at all. I have spoken to technically but it's the same go around and same stuff I already do. Ive been using website but that's beginning to have issues as well. What the heck guys? I can't even login now, it either sends me back to log in or just sit there's for 3 mins loading then boots me back to log in. Getting mighty sick of it.
