The User Experience used to be great but now it's like the app is gone and this feels and acts like something someone made in 5 minutes to open a browser and take you to the website. Might as well just log into the website. Never remembers my Username. thumbprint never gets working. Have to enter password every time. Buggy. Seems like they just passed off all the security to your web browser to handle, so they don't have to deal with any technical things.

Initially this app was perfectly serviceable. Not a ton of features, but it did what I needed it to do. I was a bit annoyed when it seemed the app opened a web browser to go to a website instead of actually being its own app. But now the app tells me I should just go to the website on Chrome instead of using the app. So why even bother to have an app if it just wants me to use a browser? I want an app that functions, not just a button to direct me to a website. I have bookmarks for that.

Says "unsupported browser" I use the one it says, it directs me back to the app. Says "unsupported browser". One big unusable loop

I don't normally leave reviews, and I have no issues with ATB the bank but their banking app is basically unusable. I was hoping the latest update would solve the login issues but appears to have made it even worse somehow.
