I just downloaded this app, and I am impressed with how nice and visually easy it is to find the information you want to know compared to online. I would recommend.

I've been waiting for this to be app to be published. The most important
thing is that it works, I've been having lots of problems signing onto
prosper on a laptop, so I have been looking forward to a simple-to-use app
to access my account. Thank you ATB team for remaining committed to
releasing new apps and updating existing apps to enhance the user
experience!

This app is basically just a very limited web portal. Limited information available on your investments, forces you to sign in with both your password and a code that is texted to you every single time you open the app. No option for biometrics to streamline sign-in. No option for an authenticator for better security. If my workplace didn't have an RRSP match setup specifically with ATB, I would have left the bank entirely based solely on this app.

Brings the user to a website to log in, which defeats the purpose. Integrate biometric login and have it in app, not in my browser. Look at similar apps that do the same -- modern advisor, tangerine, etc. I'd recommend looking and mogo for user interface and usage. Currently, useless to me as I would have to type my password in every time. I don't know my password because I use a password manager encrypt or. All my other apps are connected via biometrics. Right now I don't even consider this an app. Would also like Prosper to integrate swapping accounts linked to the prosper investment so long as it's an atb account (or supporting multiple).

Normally it's a good app, but lately it's not working at all. Log in, and it kicks me back to the login page. Biometrics don't work either so always having to put in a password. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. Not sure what the last update was supposed to do, but it's not working at all for me.

Why make an app if you're not going to provide anything useful in it? If you need an example of what you're doing wrong, just download CIBC, TD, Scotia, Tangerine or the wealth simple app. You'll see it really quickly.
