★★☆☆☆ It is not make sense still have the app online as they no longer accept new account creation after August 1, 2023! I installed the app and created login, but it did not allow me to open an Investment account! When shall they accept new account open again! Cannot believe a big fund company like CI is so fragile in the IT fintech!

★★☆☆☆ Stick with your bank. Takes forever to transfer funds between your bank account and Wealth bar. Inconvenient and wasted my time opening an account. Opened a TFSA and after noticing nothing was happening with my deposit, and it was just sitting idle as cash I inquired why the cash is not being allocated into the portfolios I desired. It was already 1 week since deposit was in. When I complained I was told," oops sorry, but we can not identify you" Wasted my time and withdrew
