I would give zero star if I could. Extremely difficult to take photo of ID card and selfie. Any UAT was done before the app rollout?! In addition, why no clear instruction given on changing device reminding don't remove the app from old device before set up the app on new device? Because u still need to scan the code from old device for the setup! Will be great if advice is given on how to remove old device information on online banking platform if accidently remove the app before setup.

Used the app successfully for some time. Tried to switch to a new phone but because I do not currently live in Hong Kong and do not have a Hong Kong ID I found it impossible to install on my new phone. I've spent hours trying to install the ap on my new phone but without success. Will rely on another bank in the future. No stars!

Sadly can't give this a ZERO. As expected, my dongle battery died, and eventually I needed to add a new payee. You cannot even do this IN THE BRANCH now! So you have to download this piece of hot garbage software. So I am abroad and try to upload my HKID and selfie picture and after three tries and failures I can't even try anymore to get it to work. So now I can't register the bill and pay it and being outside HK can't go to a branch or HSBC machine. Total garbage app. Shame on you HSBC
