Link account have to be requested via the messages. Useful for checking balance and credit card repayment. Still, no transfer to third party yet.

I KNEW WHEN I WAS WORKING AT HSBC, THAT IT WAS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT COMPANIES IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES SECTOR WORLDWIDE!! EVEN THOUGH I KNOW LONGER WORK WITH HSBC IN 2025, THIS REMAINS MY INFORMED OPINION. HSBC RULZZZZZZZZZZ!!!

Limited functionality! The app is easy to use but lacks some of the important mobile banking features - can't transfer to a third party (you need to log in into a desktop to do this), no investment access (stocks/funds), no local payment utility, can't link to MPay. You can only view balance and pay credit card. It's one of the world's well known bank, but lagging way behind against other banks in Macau. BOC and BNU app is way better.
