The app is okay but the only problem is the qr code scanner for duitnow qr....it is so annoying like using the older version of qr scanner...can you upgrade the qr scanner like other apps so that they can detect the qr code with more stability

This upgrade only works for EMU13 and higher. My phone is EMU12. You are forcing us to upgrade our phone. If keep on like I have no option than permanently close HSBC banking account.

We are traveling in China and the App just stopped working. No way to update it and no way to access my account. Cannot even access through the internet because I need the app to do so. Not working for me. Will have to change my bank. Your reply is absolutely useless to me.

My Huawei P40 can't access to the app and can't update/not compatible, bought a new phone and install however can't access cause was asked to remove old device from the app, how to remove when can't update/not compatible???!

Every time HSBC update the apps, consumer like me a retired citizen needs to either change their HP to new version. It becomes costly, so no choice I will go to HSBC office and ask them to email to me my HSBC credit card statement.
