The app is okay but the only problem is the qr code scanner for duitnow qr....it is so annoying like using the older version of qr scanner...can you upgrade the qr scanner like other apps so that they can detect the qr code with more stability

Every time HSBC update the apps, consumer like me a retired citizen needs to either change their HP to new version. It becomes costly, so no choice I will go to HSBC office and ask them to email to me my HSBC credit card statement.

We are traveling in China and the App just stopped working. No way to update it and no way to access my account. Cannot even access through the internet because I need the app to do so. Not working for me. Will have to change my bank. Your reply is absolutely useless to me.

You leave customer with NO OPTION when you suddenly rolled out your update! Suddenly I have to buy a new phone just to access my account! You don't even leave me an option to access my online banking on Windows/ website/ laptop!! Because of your stupidity of forcing me to login through the updated app! And now I am forced to buy a new phone just to cater to your app!! Pls learn from M2U!! At least they notified me months ahead of the update, and I can still access via website!! Really WTH u all!
