It's good but whenever there's an update renders the app unusable until you update it. I was caught many times in places that only accepts QR code payment and had to pay through the app and had the suprise of having an update in which I had to download through mobile data and keeping everyone waiting for half an hour to make they payment. There's no reason to force update users like this. Edit 1: Two years later and they still lock you out whenever there's an update to be made on the app.

The app is okay but the only problem is the qr code scanner for duitnow qr....it is so annoying like using the older version of qr scanner...can you upgrade the qr scanner like other apps so that they can detect the qr code with more stability

Every time HSBC update the apps, consumer like me a retired citizen needs to either change their HP to new version. It becomes costly, so no choice I will go to HSBC office and ask them to email to me my HSBC credit card statement.
