As a concept I like this app. But It's slow for store payments and the balance is always incorrect because it doesn't update, so it takes money out of my account when I tho there was already balance on it.

Once I found a hard to find vendor who accepts Payme, the app wouldn't show the pmt code, after several trials, including close and reopen the app. The pmt code page was still blank. This app caused too many embarrassing occasions, making it not a competitive form of pmt.

I use HSBC HK app to authenticate during sign up of PayMe. But it fails, it says that HKID information is missing. This app has bugged and cannot let me sign up!

Deplorable customer service. No phone no. to call and have to leave message and wait for them to reply. No response from the CS when I wrote back in response to their questions, even after repeated reminders. Took me 3 weeks just to reactivate an account.
