I can't log into my account. A few days ago I accidentally factory resetting my phone, and thus I lost the app. When I tried to log in, I forgot my password, so I tried to make a new one and each time I submitted my new password it told me "there was a problem". I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, but it didn't work. And my email to the customer support have not been responded to this day.

Until now no single 1 boost customer support representative have resolved my case. I will keep posting on here until I get my boost app back normal. What a poor customer service from boost app. I contacted boost with all the required documents until now no response. Become 3 weeks now

Bad customer service. I was reaching for help because this app told me I have an error while doing verification Like what?? I even email them 3 TIMES and no response. Now my money just all there wasting to rot because of this scam.
