My issue has been solved, but it takes 3 working days... such a long period for a minor issue. And the only person who can identify and notify the issue is their Instagram admin through DM, at least they responded to my DM and were able to tell me the issue. While the contact center and emails only did a template reply. The way they handle problems and issues is so irresponsible.

Never had such bad experience in opening bank account, the app itself cannot log in, and even detected as virus on my phone, after uninstalling the app and uninstalling the antivirus, which is recommended by the bank staff (weird right? We need protection from the antivirus, but for this m-banking app, you have to remove your antivirus), after doing all this step, the app still won't open...what a waste of time...

Almost every time I open the app, no button can be clicked even after several updates since last year it keeps recurring. No matter how many times I restart the app, it still can't be clicked thus I can't login anymore

So annoyed, most of the time when going to do transaction the apps always restart back to home and must input again. It's not for security, because it should detect if people still do transaction or idle. Please fix this
