Digibank is a trash bank that doesn't mention things clearly and take money more than you thought it will be with the credit card. And in their policy, they are given authorization to convert your credit into someone else's bank account money without your consent. And the "escalation" & "investigation" took so much time if you decide to report it.

SUPER HORRIBLE live chat customer experience! Even by the "manager" Sharif. If not competence better revert to the system in Singapore where the quality of cs much way heard! All just take salary without heart to work at indonesia branch!!! From mika, erika, airin, andra to Sharif! Purposely setting was blocked to contact the cs live chat! Don't think I don't know the quality of the cs working attitude in indonesia! SUCKS!!! Even the floor staff at dbs Total Building! Promise bot fulfill!!

The customer service is terrible in many ways. I cannot reach them via call, and all emails are automated. I'm waiting for a call from DBS, but their telemarketing is annoying with daily sales calls, even on holidays and outside office hours. It's a lazy bank. I block their numbers, but I still have to deal with their calls. Tuh kan responsenya bisa diliat, asal reply ga baca. Gw Kendall call ales an sibuk terus Akira diarahkan ke bot.
