I recently lost my card in KL due to a pick pocket incident. My POSB ATM card was part of the items lost. Thought of going to the bank to have my card replaced and existing card cancelled. I found that I can do both over the bank app. I should be receiving a new card in 3-5 days and my old card has been permanently blocked. How convenient. Thanks POSB/DBS!

I signed up for the PAssion POSB Debit Card partly for the Guardian voucher promotion. The vouchers took a very long time to be issued, and when I finally received them, they were already invalid before their stated expiry date. On 15 May 2026, Yuu asked me to email screenshots but has not responded as of 11 Jul 2026. This promotion feels misleading. Please follow up with Yuu and ensure affected customers receive a proper resolution.

I just update this app when I log in where logged me out when I log in again my photo were missing and were stuck can't press my pin in I need to close back and reopen it.pls fix it.😡

Fingerprint login not working. When I try to log in with fingerprint, it says success fingerprint recognized, but the app stays at the login page, and I am forced to enter my pin to login

Need code sent via sms to phone number to get my digital token. But phone number is old number, so I have to update it, to update I need my digital token first??? I try (not my phone number button) they redirect me outside and show me a form to fillip including my card which doesn't exist because I can't apply for one without digital token. No idea what they're doing when they made this app
