Your platform and hotline service are very wonderful - definitely better than UOB or OCBC. I want to commend Dennis Tan manning the hotline. He is naturally helpful and puts the customer at ease! Once l gave feedback to UOB about their digital keypad, the officer was not happy with the other-people-have- not-complained attitude. :)

Poor, I just changed my hp and using the same sim card previously. I do not have a token, and I'm staying in Melbourne Australia. Yet it is so difficult for me to make a transfer to my family in Singapore using the app. I really am very dissatisfied disappointed and unhappy.

SRS transaction history needs improvement. Funds deducted for SSB investment, but it shows only $2 fees deduction. The principal amount deducted is not reflected in the transaction history, but the total balance is reduced. So it seems like the funds deducted is kept in a temporary accounts payable with DBS but account holder no longer earn interest.

I hope the management team can let the customer apply the monthly saving account as $10 deposit instead of $50, as well as interest Rate 1%p.a. This will help lower income to save the money in the bank. As follows the lower income person can save as they live as name Lower income Savings Accounts Hugo save account can give the lower income person to whom want to save as one account by a dollar to deposit. The silver support scheme too slow to deposit into the bank account
