The scan and pay supporting pay now feature, needs improvement. The app will bring me back to log in page. Users have to re- log in at least 4 times before a payment can be made.

I hate it that every time when I try to do scan and pay, the login page flashes my account balance before going to the scan and pay page. I had to cover my phone screen while using it in the public.

It was alright and just alright before, then after the update, it became rather poor. Lags an awful lot (it already lags quite a bit before but now my goodness lags even more), and process very slowly or takes a long time to load. Now the first or second time I scan it, it either loads and stuck there or there is an error and crashes. I have to scan it many times then it works. Go back to what it was before or do better for real. Had left a feedback before. Still no improvements. Very bad. 👎🏻

Waste time to request for fee waiver by digibot app. App setting is always not approved as a standard response. Make you go to the bank to wait for 3 hours to complain over the counter for waiver. The credit card center is also not helpful to resolve such request over the phone. Service level no longer as good as before. No more prestige services.😤 CS called and was told only once waiver will be given but was not stated in the agreement. Issues not resolved with bank. Force tactic, bad service

update-After manual application I got the account opened with a catch. Now, the same problem for SRS account. One thing is certain that DBS need to FIX their acct opening process. Next, I opened travel lah card but in that also I can't use virtual card instantly cuz android user. Why iphone users are given more convenience? It is not FAIR treatment as per MAS policy ? Now I have doubt what all functions are not available to android users that are given to Apple users!
