★★★★★ After updating to android 15, app is not able to be open. Please help. Update - not sure why DBS asking to update Android OS. The problem started after my phone pixel 6a updated to android 15 today. I have clear cache and uninstall/install as well after it didn't work. It worked after I called DBS hotline, and they recommended restarting my phone (after uninstalling and reinstalling the app) Updated review rating to reflect the good service recovery.

★★★★★ QR code recognition is a little wonky. Same QR code works in another banking app but not in paylah.

★★☆☆☆ Scan & Pay only lets you transact once with no other option to remain logged in for another transaction, only to logout. Since I have already logged I should be able to access the rest of the app like in the DBS app. I have to log in to scan to buy food and logout since there is no "perform another transaction" button only logout. Then login again immediately after to buy a drink. Big oversight by the UI/UX and should be fixable easily

★★☆☆☆ PSA: STILL UNABLE TO CLOSE WALLET THROUGH APP AFTER 2 YEARS OF COMPLAINT. They ignore your emails sent to "DBS Care", probably change to "DBS Don't Care".
