Keep restarting. Version 7.1.0 seems to be the issue. Unable to redeem dbs miles. Still trying to figure how to fix it. The new website is also a disaster. Many functions are gone such as multiple payment to credit cards (now limit to only 4 I think). U can't export ur Cc transactions. I hv a habit to export and keep track of monthly spending in Excel. Grew up with posb and then dbs. it's a pity to see what feels like a national bank go down the hill.

Haven't been able to scan qr code and pay for several weeks now. It's not my hp problem as I have been able to scan with other apps without any problem

The PayLah app has one of the worst payment UX designs. After completing a payment, you’re stuck on a “Successful” screen with no clear way to exit. There is no back button, no “Done,” and no option to make another payment. This basic UX issue has existed for years and has not been improved in the latest version, and ironically their support just repeats the same template response telling users to “please upgrade to the latest version.” I wonder if DBS support even uses PayLah. 🤦🏻♀️
