Contacted customer support asking about app availability on tablet, keep telling me they can't tell me about account related information, when whether the app is available on tablet has nothing to do with my account.

Changed from 5 stars to 1 star. Extremely lousy service. Called to cancel transaction for an online order from KFC which I never collect the food. KFC yet to refund, I called POSB to terminate the transaction, the staff unable to termite and told me to settle with the merchant myself. Which means if you got scammed online where the transaction is still pending, the bank will ignore, you will not retrieve back your fund.

Transactions don't update immediately in POSB banking, unlike other Banks all the transactions reflected immediately. This isn't my first time using banking apps. I've accounts with Citibank, May bank and UOB and I know what is UNBILLED. TILL NOW STILL TRANSACTIONS DO NOT IMMEDIATELY REFLECT IN UNBILLED. ALREADY MORE THAN 24 HOURS AND YET TRANSACTION MADE YESTERDAY STILL DOES NOT REFLECT. MAS SHOULD BE INFORMED OF THIS ISSUE. Hard to keep tracking on my spending. Please learn from Citibank.
