So which idiot thought that holding my change of transfer limit for 12 hrs is a good idea? I need to make the payment NOW! After this experience, I'll just leave the limit to the highest possible. Defeating the rationale of what you are doing doesn't it!? In fact, it's worse! Now no one is going to use the limit anymore. SEE HOW STUPID YOU PEOPLE ARE?

Added my left thumbprint to my phone because I hurt my right thumb, now I can't use fingerprint login anymore. The scan fingerprint comes up, I scan it, then nothing happens, so I have to type in my pin to log in

Contacted customer support asking about app availability on tablet, keep telling me they can't tell me about account related information, when whether the app is available on tablet has nothing to do with my account.

Transactions don't update immediately in POSB banking, unlike other Banks all the transactions reflected immediately. This isn't my first time using banking apps. I've accounts with Citibank, May bank and UOB and I know what is UNBILLED. TILL NOW STILL TRANSACTIONS DO NOT IMMEDIATELY REFLECT IN UNBILLED. ALREADY MORE THAN 24 HOURS AND YET TRANSACTION MADE YESTERDAY STILL DOES NOT REFLECT. MAS SHOULD BE INFORMED OF THIS ISSUE. Hard to keep tracking on my spending. Please learn from Citibank.
