Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid opening accounts or using credit cards with this bank. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and questionable policies make it one of the most unreliable banking experiences. I also strongly y warn others to avoid dealing with this bank. It demonstrates poor governance, lack of transparency, and highly questionable practices that undermine customer trust.
