Having the Worst Experience on Faisal Digi Bank these days, too much time in login, multiple verifications, location always required when trying to attempt transactions requiring OTP, Verifications, Delays, Loading & failing in transaction,,,, My necessary amount transaction got hold, Transaction done from Faisal Digi App and not received in other bank when complaining to customer care he is asking transaction will be reversed in 5-7 Working Days.... Totally Frustrated 😞

Actually used to be a pretty decent and snappy app; would work fast and optimized even on a slow internet connection. Lately, there have been lots of issues. App crashes, will take ages to load the next page, and even with fast internet. Sometimes transaction will be deducted but not processed, then you've to call customer support to get it cleared on your card bill. On top of all this, once or twice a month, the app will just fail to log in at all, leaving you helpless when you need it. Fix it.

Very irritating app never updates statement or spending. Every time I tap any option it says fetching your account information but never fetch, worst banking app.
