Edit: The support team responded, their representative contacted me and the issue was resolved. Thanks. App not moving to next screen after entering received OTP on registered SIM. Just infinity logo loading. Registering for Digital Freelancer Account. Completed the initial steps on web portal and for Live video/Biometric verification its mentioned to complete it via Faisal Burraq App but it's not able to sign me up after entering the OTP.

Fraud banking ha becarefull 4 months SA bagar ki wja k mara paisa hold KR k Botha Han 2 complaints ki Han without resolution close kr Di Han koi response ni RTA. Ya log latte ni Kitna logo Ka paisa ASA bagar ksi wja k hold KR latte Han bachra masoom log zaleel hota Han. Highly recommended k ess Fraud bank k sath koi banking na krain.FRM department attna koi cheap ha Enya or irresponsible ha 4 months SA upar ho gya Han response he ni KR Raha.

I am very upset from ur ap I open an account in your branch in Jhang Sadar freelancer account last around 2 weaks ago but still no response app to me and ur help center cal to me and again want biometric of my then I have again done a biometric in branch and give selfie to her and after biometric and selfie she doesn't responce to me and don't give me any details, and I have no receive any account number and card I receive Remittance in my Faisal bank account ad sence payment of my but no give access to

I've schedule video verification multiple times and every time no from Faisal bank join the call. I have waited almost half an hour but no response from the bank side
