Gross negligence and zero accountability — Unable to access my own funds for over two weeks I am writing this review out of utter frustration and sheer disbelief at the appalling level of service provided by DBS Bank. A bank’s primary obligation is to safeguard a customer’s hard-earned money while providing uninterrupted, reliable access to it. DBS Bank has failed completely on this fundamental promise. It has now been more than two full weeks since I reached out regarding critical issues.

Agin facing same issue in 2026, device binding issue, other bank app doesn't have such kind of issue, most pathetic app, very support again restored for 24 hrs, which is frequently facing issues to register the device. Not change sim or device still such type of issues observed in last 3 months

I'm trying to log in for the past 2 days. Unable to login just because the SMS app opens automatically after trying to register my SIM (I tried different SMS apps too. 1st it's not my problem the SMS app is opening automatically, 2nd your security option now restricts my Wi-Fi too. Security features are too secure not to irritate. Somehow I managed to erase the SMS app and tried login, even for default on-screen pop up notification for your verification SMS also it's blocking, 24 hrs cooldown 🔥
