After new service / maintenance update the app is not working in my two phones in one it's saying can't support and in second it's saying check your settings I gave full permission but still can't re-register unable to use the app and banking services

Great UI/UX. I am also a user of DBS Singapore which has even better ui/UX. Feedback: Include frequently accessed options on the main screen. Eg: logout button on top right of main screen (next to DigiBot) etc

This app was good till last week. After SIM binding feature it is not letting me login to account. If you have prepaid SIM then SIM binding is unsuccessful as network will send flash messages about balance and DBS app is going in background. Due to this issue not able to transact. Request developers and bank to look into this issue at the earliest and fix it.

After recent update app doesn't open even after giving relevant permissions and just leads to app settings without indicating what's missing. I have already given sms, storage and phone permissions. Surprisingly, storage permissions are not even present in app settings to enable it. Still asks to enable permissions. Don't know what the guys smoke before releasing to production. If you don't fix it I'm complaining to RBI ombudsman as this is not branch based account but fully digital. 🤦🏻‍♂️
