10000 account maintain karne ko .aisa bol rhe.400 se 500 par month paisa kat rhe sale chor.in ke auk at nhi bhai. Customer care apne papa ke sunta hai. Salary counter hai. Koi senior hai to reply karo

I created an mandate on my debit card, and now I can't pause/cancel it because the app redirects for mandate management to another website called sihub. That website just doesn't work. It's horribly slow, buggy, doesn't send OTP on email for sign-up. Why do you advertise yourself a truly paperless bank if you can't have a critical feature like mandate management in your app? This is the standard of tech you have, and you call yourself a Citibank. Pathetic.
