Worst experience of any HK banking app. Half the time is unavailable. If you use digital token, this means you can't do any banking...period. Surprised you guys are still in business.

Very bad after updated, get back to previous version please. It works now after 18 March update, but interface is not much user friendly. Too much and looks confusing.

DBS banking, Citibank, wealth functionality confusing and duplicating. Citibank and wealth summary pages info not comprehensive. Short Log out time senseless.

It's by far the worst bank that I've ever use, the app function is not as supporting as other bank. You can't get an in-branch visit ticket via the app, and so on. Staff in branch said that you can handle most of the operation via app or telephone banking, but it was the telephone banking CS asked me to visit branch in order to get my stuff done. How is DBS still operating in HK compete with other traditional banks & virtual bank TBH
