Biometric is not working it says "device lock not enabled" but I've enabled device lock biometric lock but still it's not allowing biometric login in iob app after updating app now it's working Alhamdulillah thank you for your response

Hello Nonsense & Team, When I trying to activate my account in your app. It's not allowed to register. I am getting below error: Your mobile number linked with more than one customer ID. Conduct branch. While approached my home branch, they don't know anything like you and your team. Your are discontinued your old IOB Mobile Banking app, how can I use your app.I am IOB customer, as well as I am authorized person for fund transfer where I am working. Mycustomer I'd linked with company account.
