Even if not as feature rich as all the other TW banking apps, this one absolutely wins for simplicity and ease of use. It's lacking in the sense that it doesn't send push notifications for credit/debit card charges. Minus a star for that.

This is the worst bank I have ever seen. They don't offer customer friendly services. They use the HSBC global network to confiscate or to block the access of the customers accounts. The worst bank with the worst services. Stay away if you don't want to face with The global colonialism, This is the right one The worst app. The worst internet banking the arrogant useless staff... International payee are not available on the app It is not possible to add them... You cannot manage or open term deposit. No credit card services. Existing HSBC credit card payee is not visible. What's the point of this app if most functions are not available ?
